This French peach flavoured liqueur is known as the 'seven-peach aperitif', since it is made using juice from seven different varieties of peach. An infusion of peach leaves and a concentrate of herbs and spices are also added. This blend is then mixed with Lubéron white wine and sugar cane syrup.

Appearance:
Clear, pale golden.
Aroma:
Aromatic fresh ripe peach flesh and skin with faint herbal apple and spice.
Taste:
Light and fruity with balancing wine acidity. Ripe peach, dry white wine and vermouth-like herbal complexity.
Aftertaste:
Lingering peach with dry acidity.
Overall:
Light and delicate with rich peach fruitiness balanced by wine-like acidity with underlying herbal and grassy complexity.
