A lemon cordial created in 1929 by Felix Bigallet and still made to the original recipe by macerating lemon zests from Spain in beet neutral alcohol and then re-distilling the infusion. The distillate is then sweetened with sugar cane syrup.

Appearance:

Clear, very faint straw yellow.

Aroma:

Pungent lemon and lime zest.

Taste:

Intense zesty lemon flavour with syrupy sweetness partly countered by citric acidity.

Aftertaste:

Leon zest with lingering acidity.
