Review and Tasting

Sampled on 10/10/2015

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Baguette crust, hard cheese rind and green apple.

Taste:

Dry, yeasty dough with fresh acidity and faint green apple.

Aftertaste:

Dry finish with lingering acidity.

Overall:

It’s considered rude to pour your own sake but we guess pouring yourself a glass from this bite-sized bottle is excepted. The sake itself is dry with yeasty bready notes.
