Shortcross Gin is distilled on Rademon Estate, County Down, Northern Ireland using locally foraged wild clover along with elderflowers, elderberries and green apples. The full recipe is not disclosed but other botanicals include: juniper, coriander, orange peel, lemon peel and cassia.
The water used is drawn from the estate’s own historic well.
ShotCross Gin is hand-bottled, wax dipped and signed before leaving the estate.

Crystal clear.
Nutty, woody angelica root with lavender and camphor aromas from generous juniper. Water releases pleasant parma violet and elderflower floral notes.
Soft mouthfeel with faint sweetness. Good piney juniper notes with more nutty angelica and parma violet.
Nutty balsawood, piney juniper, parma violet and light spice. Lingering woody liquorice.
This Irish gin is well-balanced and integrated with distinctive nutty and floral notes over a traditional juniper-led dry gin base.
