Appearance:

Clear, pale amber.

Aroma:

Peat smoked, biscuity, pine, dried fruit, nut shells and iodine.

Taste:

Pine, earthy peat smoke, charred oak/coal dust and iodine with ginger and liquorice.

Aftertaste:

Iodine, smoky peat, dry oak, ginger and salt.
