Inspiration:
The idea of this cocktail was born when I start thinking about the inspiration of every form of art... as a great philosopher said: "all art is but imitation of nature", therefore there is nothing a human being can create that nature hasn't already done.
With this cocktail I want to celebrate nature with one of the most evocative landscape I've ever seen in my life: the colourful lavender fields, source of inspiration for many painters.
When I saw this landscape in front of me for the first time, I immediately thought about the humankind: you can be taller than the one next to you, thinner than them, you can be richer than them, you can stay in a better position than them, but remember... we are all "under the same sun".
