Inspiration:
Inspired by Vincent Van Gogh's ability to see beyond singular colours and bind them to his will, and Guiseppe Gallo's ability to bind singular ingredients into a delicious rosolio. Both men see beyond what is simply in eye view. I took inspiration from one of Vincent Van Gogh's more famous works of art "Sunflowers" and created a clarified sunflower seed orgeat. Taking from Gallo's understanding of flavour pairings I opted for an IPA/Soda split to give my cocktail its carbonation with the IPA and Italicus working together to push those citrus notes through in this refreshing drink.
