Serve in a
Double old-fashionedGarnish:
Expressed orange peel + fresh grated nutmeg.
How to make:
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin.
Shake hard with ice (10 seconds).
Strain into a double old-fashioned glass over a large ice cube
| 1 1/2 fl oz | El Dorado 8 Year Old Rum |
| 1/4 fl oz | Ferrand Orange Curaçao |
| 1/4 fl oz | Maple syrup |
| 1/4 fl oz | Monin Cinnamon Syrup |
| 1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 4 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
| 1/2 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 1/8 fl oz | St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram liqueur |
