Serve in a
Old-fashioned glassGarnish:
Orange zest twist, Star anise & Absinthe mist.
How to make:
STIR all ingredients (except Absinthe) with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube). FINISH with a spray (approx. 1 dash) of Absinthe over the top.
| 2/3 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Highland Park 12 Year Old |
| 1/4 fl oz | Campari Bitter liqueur |
| 2 dash | The Bitter Truth Old Time bitters |
| 1 dash | La Fée Parisienne absinthe |
