Serve in a

Old-fashioned glass

Garnish:

Orange zest twist, Star anise & Absinthe mist.

How to make:

STIR all ingredients (except Absinthe) with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube). FINISH with a spray (approx. 1 dash) of Absinthe over the top.

2/3 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 1/2 fl oz Highland Park 12 Year Old
1/4 fl oz Campari Bitter liqueur
2 dash The Bitter Truth Old Time bitters
1 dash La Fée Parisienne absinthe
