How to make:
Combine all ingredients to a shaker tin and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a Nick and Nora glass, served up. Pour remaining contents into a sidecar vessel. Garnish with a mini Dutch flag

| 3/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 3/4 fl oz | Ginger syrup |
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Bols Genever |
