Serve in a

Coupe glass

Garnish:

Skewer the cherries and lay across the glass. Dust with the grated nutmeg.

How to make:

Add ingredients to a shaker.
Shake to emulsify the egg.
Fill shaker with ice.
Shake until well-chilled.
Strain into the chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with cherries and grated nutmeg.

1 1/2 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 fl oz Double cream / heavy cream
1/2 fl oz De Kuyper White Crème de Cacao Liqueur
1 whole Egg (white & yolk)
