Collins glassGarnish:
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a straw that has a bright red cherry inserted onto the tip of the straw to resemble Rudolph's nose
How to make:
Add all ingredients (except for club soda) to a shaker. Shake vigorously. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with club soda ( 1.5 - 2 oz).
| 3/4 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 1/4 fl oz | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
| 1/2 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
| 1 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 3/4 fl oz | Cognac (brandy) |
| Top up with | Soda (club soda) water |
