How to make:

All ingredients into a shaker, hard shake and fine strain into a coupe glass

1/2 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1/2 fl oz Maker's Mark bourbon
1/2 fl oz Dark crème de cacao liqueur
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 1/2 fl oz Eager Apple Juice
5/6 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised)
