Thin salt crust and/or apricot wegdge if available
Add the apricot jam and lime juice to shaker.
Stir briefly to ensure the jam is loose and ready to emulsify.
Add the ADRIATICO Bianco and grape juice,
Fill the shaker with 4-5 icecubes and shake hard.
Double strain over a big icecube into a chilled tumbler rimmed with a bit of salt.
Place small wedge of fresh apricot or dried slice on icecube if available
