How to make:

-Start by making the syrup, which is prepared by slowly cooking all its ingredients (pumpkin, sage, and saffron) with sugar and water.
-Next, place all the ingredients in a shaker and double-shake, first with ice and then without.
-Strain the drink into a coupe glass and garnish with a sage leaf.

1/2 fl oz Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur
1 1/6 fl oz Monkey Shoulder whisky
1/12 fl oz Fernet liqueur
2/3 fl oz Sūpāsawā sour cocktail mixer
2/3 fl oz Pumpkin, sage e saffron syrup
1/12 fl oz Cocktail foamer
