Collins glass

Garnish:

mint sprig

How to make:

1.Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
2.Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.
3.Add first 5 ingredients to glass and two-thirds fill with crushed ice.
4.Churn with barspoon.
5.Fill glass with mor crushed ice.
6.Top with soda.
7.Garnish with mint sprig bouquet.
8.Enjoy.

1 1/6 fl oz Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur
1/3 fl oz Fernet Branca liqueur
2/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/4 fl oz Monin Orgeat syrup
1/24 fl oz Angostura Aromatic Bitters
1 1/2 fl oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
