Garnish:

2 Pistachios, Delicately handle them on the cocktail like you would for coffee beans on an espresso martini

How to make:

Start by checking your glass, then if it was in the freezer or full it with ice and cool it down. In the meantile prepare the big tin of your shaker full of ice and put all of the ingrédients in the the little one. Then shake until your shaker is frozen all over (~15) seconds. It is possible to do a dry shake afterward if you wish for a more durable foam and easier handling of the garnish. Empty your glass, then pour in with a double strainer. Garnish with the pistachios and serve. Perfect for an after dinner almost dessert cocktail

1 fl oz Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur
1 fl oz Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur
1/2 fl oz Blue curaçao liqueur
1 1/3 fl oz Vodka
