Tai Mai

Tai Mai by Jake Angove

Garnish:

Mint Sprig, Lime Wedge and Grated Nutmeg

How to make:

Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin.
Do a regal shake with the zest of an orange.
Double strain into chilled Double Old Fashioned Glass.
Add Cubed ice
Garnish with Mint Sprig and Lime Wedge.
Grate Nutmeg over the ice.

1 1/6 fl oz Adriatico Bianco Amaretto Liqueur
1 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 2/3 fl oz Coconut water
1/2 fl oz Date syrup
1/6 fl oz Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
1 dash Angostura or other aromatic bitters
1 unit Orange zest/swath
