In a shaker combine 30ml of both Amaretto and Gin alongside 10ml of both lemon juice and Luxardo Sangue Morlocco with ice. Add 6 drops of vegan foamer or egg white and shake. Strain into a Nick and Nora and drop a maraschino cherry into the glass. Optionally add syrup on the foam as garnish.
