Collins glass

Garnish:

Almond powder on top and lightly on the sides of the long ice cube, with a basil leaf

How to make:

Muddle the 4 basil leaves at the bottom of the shaker, add the ingredients, shake, and double strain into the glass. Take the long ice cube, add the Almond Powder garnish to it, and place it in the glass. Finish with the basil leaf.

1 1/3 fl oz Adriatico Bianco Amaretto Liqueur
2/3 fl oz Havana Club Original Añejo 3 Años Cuban rum
4 fresh Basil leaves
1 1/3 fl oz Pineapple juice
1/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/12 fl oz Absinthe La Rusée Bleue
