Shake Adriatico Amaretto, espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur and amaretto syrup with ice until well chilled. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Separately, froth milk with a barspoon Grand Marnier until silky and airy, then gently layer on top. Finish with a dusting of cocoa powder.
