verser 2 cl de sauce caramel
verser 1 cl d'arôme de fleur d'oranger

retirer la glace de la premiere timbale et deposer un seul glacon dedans
shaker et quand vous entendez votre glacons ce casser dedans c'est que votre crème est parfaite
une fois rafraichis deposé la chips de sucre a l'orange
