Rectangular Orange twist, cut to the size of the ice cube
Chill the glass, campari, vermouth and Amaretto beforehand
Temper your ice block
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir briefly with standard cubed ice, ensuring the drink is still somewhat undiluted.
Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube.
Flame an orange twist with a match (not a lighter), express over the drink and discard.
Peel and trim a new orange peel to the length of your ice cube and place it as chosen.
