How to make:

Combine 150 grams of well-chilled lemon sorbet with 45 ml of chilled Adriatico Classico, then whip them using a milkshake mixer, blender, or a classic fork in true Italian style. Blend until smooth and homogeneous. Serve in a flute glass, top with Franciacorta, and finish with the essential oils from a lemon peel.

1 1/2 fl oz Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur
5 fl oz Lemon sorbet
fill glass with Prosecco sparkling wine
