Take a lemon and cut one continuous long even peel strip. Form a horizontal infinity shape by gently twisting two loops towards a crossing point in the centre. Skewer at the crossing point so it floats slightly angled but balanced.
Start by adding the Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao to the mixing glass, followed by The Botanist and Cachaça. Add the Adriatico as the last component, including 3 drops of saline solution.
Add ice to the mixing glass and stir until chilled & diluted. Stirr 4 – 5 rotations less than instinct for a slightly firmer texture. Pour the drink into a chilled Nick&Nora glass.
Express lemon oil over the centre and whipe the peel slightly around one third of the rim. Lastly add the garnish and serve.
