Rocks glass

Garnish:

Garnish the top of the drink with a lime wedge.

How to make:

Measure and add all ingredients to your shaker tin and shake vigorously. Fine strain the cocktail into a rocks glass and add cubed ice to the top of the glass.

2/3 fl oz Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur
5/6 fl oz Straight rye whiskey (100 proof /50% alc./vol.)
1/3 fl oz Cointreau L'Unique triple sec liqueur
5/6 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/3 fl oz Orgeat (almond) sugar syrup (2:1)
6 dash Angostura or other aromatic bitters
