Garnish:

Crushed pistachio/Lemon Zest/Strawberry Topping

How to make:

Add Adriatico Bianco, tequila, lemon juice, strawberry preserves, egg white, and olive oil to a shaker.
Dry shake hard first. Add ice and shake again until cold and creamy. Fine strain into the glass from the photo. Garnish the foam with crushed pistachios on one side, diced strawberry on the other, and lemon zest across the top.

1 1/2 fl oz Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur
1/2 fl oz Blanco tequila
3/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Strawberry purée
1/2 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised)
1/8 fl oz Extra virgin olive oil
