Inspiration:
My artistic inspiration is Mexican wrestling called Lucha Libre. I lived in Mexico for 10 years and witnessed many Lucha Libre fights. It's truly a celebration of elaborated characters, creative and athletic movements and colourful costumes. Everything goes, as long as the audience is happy, very similar to bartending. For my drink Lucha Libre, the beautiful citric Bergamot notes of Italicus get an interesting contrapoint with the green spicyness of Jalapeño. Kiwi brings a tropical sweetness and zesty acidity to the aroma profile. A pinch of salt brings everything into balance. Lucha Libre is meant to be a thirst quenching aperitivo that can not live without the sparkle, so Soda adds the finishing touch. Salud!
