Nc'nean's Morning Glory Fizz

Glass: Highball
Garnish: Lemon twist
Method: Add all ingredients apart from the soda water to a cocktail shaker, then fill with cubed ice and shake hard for 12 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled glass, then add the soda water and garnish.

50ml Nc'nean Organic Single Malt Scotch Whisky
25ml Lemon juice
20ml Sugar syrup 1:1
15ml Egg white
1 dash Absinthe
20ml Soda water
