1769 Distillery is owned and run by husband and wine team, Andrew Mikus and Maureen David. Andrew is in charge of all aspects of production while Maureen, a former television producer, takes care of marketing and sales. The distillery so named due to 1769 being when the first distillery is recorded in Quebec.
