Micro-distilled in Montreal, Canada with juniper berries, lavender, coriander, elderflower, cubeb berries and grains of paradise. An infusion of wild hibiscus adds a pink hue to this gin.

(sample bottle lot/batch No.007) Clear, pale mauve-pink.

Μύτη:

Spicy (peppery cubeb berries and grains of paradise) and piney with faint lavender and hibiscus.

Dry with piney juniper, freshening citrus and assertive peppery spice which slightly overwhelms more subtle floral notes.

Επίγευση:

Floral lavender and hibiscus are more obvious in the moderately spicy finish.

As pink gins go, this is one of the more ginny with the pink colour due to an infusion of wild hibiscus. Floral and citrusy with assertive spice.
