Established in 2004, Licorera Cihuatán is a rum distillery is located in the Cihuatán Valley, in El Paisnal, El Salvador. The entire rum production process takes place at Licorera Cihuatán, starting from milling freshly harvested sugarcane, fermenting, distilling, ageing, blending and bottling.

Licorera Cihuatán is a subsidiary company of Ingenio La Cabaña, the most diversified sugar mill in El Salvador, which is owned by a group of sugarcane growers, mill workers and private investors.
