Midleton is one of the largest and most technically advanced distilleries in the world but is also proudly built on tradition and history.
Owned and operated by Pernod Ricard’s Irish Distillers division, Midleton produces the Jameson range of whiskies as well as other Pernod Ricard owned Irish Whiskey brands such as Powers, Paddy, Greenspot and Redbreast.

A distillery has operated on this site at Midleton in County Cork since 1823, when a disused wool factory was converted to producing whiskey. The site was partly decided by the Dungourney river, which has limestone filtered water, ideal for distillation.
