Review and Tasting

Sampled on 16/10/2011

Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Rich honeyed plum nose with stewed pear, cinnamon spice and a slight leathery aroma.

Taste:

Dry, apricot jammy palate with subtle apricot stone/hazelnut strudel flavours and cinnamon spice.

Aftertaste:

The dry fruity medium finish fades with bitterness and is an anti-climax after the rich jammy fruit palate.
