Aged four years in American oak former bourbon casks in the mountains of the Andes at almost 9,000ft above sea level, in the Columbian region of Cundinamarca.

Review and Tasting

Appearance:

Clear, golden amber with polished copper highlights.

Aroma:

Lightly oaked, very slightly oaked nose with perfumed apricot and peach fruit aromas.

Taste:

Initial light body fruity palate quickly unfolds with dry oaked, soapy tropical fruit yet always seems somewhat subdued.

Aftertaste:

Dry oaky finish with lingering slightly bitter tar.
