Appearance:
Clear, light golden.
Aroma:
Graceful, tropical fruity nose with buttery cut resinous wood and herbal aromas.
Taste:
Lightly peaty, herbal (thyme) palate with nutty flavours, enlivening spice and faint fudge.
Aftertaste:
Rewarding, slightly smoky, dry finish with lingering pine resins.
