Review and Tasting

Sampled on 09/08/2012

Appearance:

Clear, mid golden amber with polished golden glints.

Aroma:

Lemon citrus zest, honey, sweet oloroso, sticky hot-cross-bun and poached pear.

Taste:

Slightly sweet, well rounded, honeyed, biscuity malt with gentle spice.

Aftertaste:

Burnt macaroon-like notes to a honeyed malty finish with gentle toasted spicy oak.

Overall:

All too quaffable and easy.
