Bloodshot Liqueur

Difford's Guide

alc./vol: 29.9%

Proof: 59.8°

Vintage: Non-vintage

Aged: No age statement

Billed as being a “Bloody Mary Liqueur”, Bloodshot is based English wheat grain neutral spirit macerated with chillies, cracked black pepper, citrus bitters, spices, aromatics and botanicals. This is blended with Lea & Perrins, ruby port, fresh chilli and lemon extract before being filtered.

We don't recommend trying this on its own, so the tasting notes below are based on mixing it 1:4 with cold tomato juice and a squeeze of lemon.
