Appearance:

Clear, bright, golden/orange amber.

Aroma:

Spirity nose of licorice, ripe banana, mocha coffee, toffee and fudge.

Taste:

An initially sweet palate quickly turns drier with flavours of espresso coffee, toffee and bitter chocolate.

Aftertaste:

A very long finish leaves a lingering taste of bitter toffee, dry oak and citric acid.
