Brewter’s Pale Ale is a blond ale brewed to a recipe devised by master Brewster, Sara Barton, using whole hop flowers and British malting barley.

Appearance:

Clear but with very faint haze, copper-golden with medium head with fair retention.

Aroma:

Pungent, well hopped (pine) zesty grapefruit nose with peach and orange aromas.

Taste:

Powerful bitter hop flavours supported by malt, lemon grass and zesty fruit.

Aftertaste:

Bitter, long lingering pine and grapefruit citrus.
