Clear, golden with heavy sediment coating the base of the glass. Thick head which subsides to lasting creamy layer depositing thick lacing.

Aroma

Yeasty malty, bready dough nose with faint herbal pear skin fruity aromas.

Taste

Creamy mouth feel, slightly sweet caramel palate. Fresh pear and grape fruity notes sit well with doughy maltyness and mild hop coriander spice.

Aftertaste

Crisp apple skin and pear finish with subtle herbal spicyness.
