Review and Tasting

Sampled on 02/02/2012

Appearance:

Clear, coppery golden with moderate white head and lacing.

Aroma:

Fairly lightly hoped nose for an IPA with only mild resin and citrus aromas. Green apple skin with faint chocolate powder and struck matches.

Taste:

Bitter sweet, lightly resinous and grapefruit zesty palate which sits on the more approachable side of IPAs.

Aftertaste:

Long, bitter finish with slight metallic note.
