Double copper pot distilled from 100% Agave Espadín (Agave Angustifolia) from the Central Valleys of Oaxaca. Matured 16 months in French Limousin oak barriques.

Appearance:

(bottle/batch No. 23-3790/005) Clear, coppery golden with bright gold highlights.

Aroma:

Herbal, mocha coffee and cacao nose with brazil nutty oak and faint wafts of smoke.

Taste:

Sweet delicately smoked palate with great balance between oak influence and vegetal agave.

Aftertaste:

Dark chocolate and cedar wood finish with lingering delicately oaky smoke.
