Distilled in 2010 with 100% Agave Espadín (Agave Angustifolia) from the Valley of Miahuatlan, Oaxaca (arid, calciferous soil) by Don Valente García Juárez in Xitlapehua village, Miahuatlan, Oaxaca. Fermented using wild yeast in open cypress vats and double distilled in a 280 litre copper pot still. Read more

Appearance

Aroma

Delicately smoky green apple skin with char-cauliflower, amaretti biscuits and crispy bacon.

Taste

Slightly sweet, faintly perfumed, delicately smoked palate with sweet tar.

Aftertaste

Herbaceous, lingering smoky, charcoal finish.
