Appearance:

Slightly cloudy, dark reddy-chestnut amber with a huge long lasting beige head which leads heavy lacing.

Sour yeasty nose with hay bales and green apple skins.

Taste:

Pronounced sourness and carbon dioxide bitterness on a full-bodied balanced by sweet malts and hints of red berry fruit.

Aftertaste:

Initially sour finish turns slightly bitter.
