    Appearance

    Clear, straw golden with fine bubbles.

    Aroma

    Minerally, floral nose with red fruit (redcurrants) and violets.

    Taste

    Yeasty with buttery gooseberry flavours and well balanced acidity.

    Aftertaste

    Toffee/sweet caramel notes emerge in the long finish.
