Appearance:

(bottled on: 25-Mar-10) Cloudy, red-brown amber with little head and lacing.

Aroma:

Malty, yeasty, brown soft sugar, sultana fruit and buttery toffee.

Taste:

Slightly sweet, caramel, toffee with dark plum, burnt raison fruit and powerful alcohol.

Aftertaste:

Demerara sugar, caramel and liquorice raison fruit.
