Appearance

(clear bottle) Clear, pale golden amber. What little head forms immediately disappears without trace.

Aroma

Clean, fermented red skinned apple juice with dried and stewed apple.

Taste

Clean, crisp, red apple with faint cinnamon. Tart and yet strangely sweet. Lacks complexity.

Aftertaste

Refreshing, lingering red apple skin, faintly sweet with acidity that goes some way to balance.
