Appearance:
Clear, light golden with bright gold highlights.
Aroma:
Fruity pear skin, almond and plump sultana.
Taste:
Sweet, pear drop candy, macaroon and roast almond.
Aftertaste:
Candied pear, vanilla and faint spiced finish. When served over ice as intended, that fruity sweetness is reined back somewhat.
