Appearance:

Clear, transparent with the faintest tinged with violet. Small partials in suspension.

Aroma:

Soapy, peppery spirit with overripe/almost fermenting raspberry.

Taste:

Fiery spirit with a hint of berry character and green leafiness.

Aftertaste:

Short and sharp finish. After alcohol fades dry hint of raspberry seeds.
